TRAVEL: Czech Republic #2 of 5

As mentioned in the previous post, "TRAVEL: Czech Republic #1 of 5," I stated that during the spring semester of 2015, I studied in the Czech Republic at the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (FAMU). Being a designated a Student Correspondent, I posted articles or videos to the CET Academic Programs' blog during the semester. The article below was my second blog entry. The original blog post can be found on the CET Academic web site. Click here to see it.

This semester, I am studying at FAMU (Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague) through CET Academic Programs and Syracuse University Abroad. Our first assignment was called “Fascination of Prague.” We were given specific villages to visit within Prague and we were told to capture the “atmosphere” of these unknown places. This 2-minute piece was produced by Terry Jones, Govind Deecee and Akshay Raheja.

"Atmos Hloubětín" was screened at the 2015 Student Experimental Film Festival (SEFF) at Binghamton University. The film festival features experimental films made by students from around the country. The film festival is run by Binghamton University students enrolled in Curating Film and Video, an undergraduate course offered by the cinema department.
